The Bayer Matrix is a fairly standard matrix that is used heavily in ordered dithering and pixel art. The matrix is defined as maximizing the average distance between successive integers (if each step is the next array element). The filter uses non-script components to acheive an iterative and dynamic generation of the Bayer Matrix.
