Description
This is my one Hundred & Ninth filter. I hope you like it and find it useful. As you can see this is my fourth filter in my "PhotoFreakShow" series which I design specifically to be used to warp portrait photos. This time i've used an old favorite,the smudge component. Don't forget to go to the lighting controls for more effects.
