Description
This filter is merely a tweak of the fantastic lens flare here: http://filterforge.com/filters/2320.html . I needed a flare that would appear on a completely empty background, for particle purposes in Second Life. None of the existing lens flare filters would do that. So I simply grabbed the alpha for an existing flare filter and added it to the original. All credit goes to Vikram, for the original work. Thank you! :)
