Make a good portrait unforgettable, and add a bit off madness to your scenes.Modified version of Bright Dots by Kochubey, to be more useful for applying to photos without needing to open Photoshop. This version adds the original image back into Kochubey's version, and allows the user to pick the blend mode, opacity, and layer order for fine-tuning the desired effect. The original presets have been retained, and a few extras excellent for portrait use have been added.
