Description
This filter creates stained glass from your image. Transparent area will be converted to a default gray-scale glass. Hue is divided by the "Hue Dividing Number" parameter, and it's boundary lines will be a black metal frame. If saturation or brightness (or both) was out of specified range, it would be also regarded as a black metal frame.
