Filter Forge 9 allows you to add notes to filter presets via the right-click menu. You can use this function to give preset names and add comments on usage of the particular preset.
The option to add or modify notes is only available for presets you create yourself, not for the factory presets that come with the library filters. The note text is limited to 500 characters.
