Loaded image of taxi into Photoshop CS6 cut taxi from image copied to new layer, Opened the new layer of taxi into Filter Forge 10 applied Caricature filter to give the taxi a more antiquated look. Opened original image into Photoshop opened Filter Forge applied Chaos Painter Filter, Back in Photoshop combined layer of taxi on to the top of original image that had Chaos Painter Filter applied, Opened Filter Forge applied Echo In Mask Filter.
