Filter Forge - Error message

stingerjpgr stingerjpgr Posts: 11 Filters: 60	Suddenly I am unable to download more filters. I get this message in filter forge window. initial data download failed. Reason get families versions?list () failed. I have not been able to find out what this means. Thanks

GMM Moderator Filter Forge, Inc Posts: 1761	This is a server or a server connection issue: for some reason your computer can't reach our server. This can be caused by a temporary server overload (too many connections because too many people are downloading something from it) or by proxy and/or firewall settings of your computer. If the problem persists you might want to reconfigure Filter Forge Options on the Tools > Options > Online tab.
