ok, this continues to bug me. i want to be able to update a preset on a library filter and i cant. i can see no reason to not allow this. once the filter is in MY library and not the general filter library, i shld be able to alter the 'factory set' presets.
and there is one other good reason to allow this. sometimes, when i cant alter a preset i open the editor on the filter and change the name and save it so that i can. this invalidates the reward system for the person who made the filter getting credit for my using it. i dont really want that to happen. they shld be rewarded. but, there are times when i want to turn off anti-aliasing or turn it back on or turn off seamless tiling and save it that way as a preset and i cant. so, off to the editor to re-save.
if there is a valid reason for why i cant use a filter the way i want to use it, i'd love to hear it.
If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!
