 I keep getting this following error when trying to download new filters...any suggestions?

Initial download failed. Reason: 'get_families_versions_list() failed.'

 This happens sometimes when trying to download a filter, and regretably it seems that there is NO fix for this, but the good news is that it is solved by itself after some time
