This one will work either as a way to randomly show sections of the photo or artwork involved OR as a way to deliberately highlight up to sections of the photo or artwork by shifting the 4 sections around at your will. They only seem to move in a square area, though. The background/frame is the same photo as you're using, but as a blizzard.

This is a utility filter for adjusting brightness, contrast or color. I'm doing it because I use Photoshop with many layers and sometimes only one layer needs adjusting. I haven't found a way to do this for only one layer in Photoshop without taking the item out of Photoshop, adjusting and returning. (Maybe I missed something?) A filter will work on only one layer. Okay...as for controls...the standard setup has red as 1, green as 2, blue as 3, and the contrast and brightness at 50 for each color. The contrast and brightness sliders go from 1 to 100, so you've a fair amount of control space. If you leave this filter at the default setting and tweak the sliders, you can adjust your graphic. If you hit the random button...you'll have interesting colorization effects. Do enjoy!

I'd always noted laces needing a matrix behind them to hold the patterns and I made it a goal to make a lace that had a grid behind it. This pattern might not be traditional lace, but it would look good on the garments worn by the characters in my SF stories, and, I expect, on the ones in yours as well. Can be made seamless. The grid is based on the "Hexagonal Grid" by Scriptorum which I had to rewrite to make it do this. Thank you, Scriptorum. (This was my first exposure to Lua and I needed a pattern.)

Fine lacey netting. Can change the colors, sizes of some things, and some other settings. Transparent background...if you save it as a png. Sometimes comes out LARGE...adjust the sizes and it'll be more lacey.

Something has laid eggs in the pond behind the house...and they don't look at all like any eggs you've seen there before. Sort of like frog eggs in that they're roundish and in jelly, but not quite. And colors are wrong. What will hatch out? You don't know what will hatch out...but you've sent the kids to grandma's house in a different state, just in case.

This is intended for make simple fabric patterns for CG purposes. I've been making them with this filter by the dozen for garments I'm going to be texturing. I did NOT do any "bump textures" in this so that it can be sized as appropriate before a bump pattern is added.
