Description

Turns an image into a pile of paint chips. Controls:-Image Based Rotation: Rotates the chips based on luminosity values of the original image.-Messiness: Randomizes the rotation of the chips.-Tint Amount: Allows you to colorize the chips.-Tint Color: Selects the color to apply to the chips.-Preserve Black/White: Limits the colorize effect to the midtones.-H Range: Sets the amount that the chip color deviates from the original image.-L Range: Sets the amount that the chip luminosity deviates from the original image.-S Range: Sets the amount that the chip saturation deviates from the original image.-Noise: Adds a layer of noise to the resulting image.-Use the "Size, pixels" control to adjust the amount of detail.
