Description
OK, so it's not a perfect paint by number filter, but it does give more control than most poster paint filters. Because the poster levels are controlled separately in each color channel, you can vary which colors are posterized more or less than others. This way you can make the poster effect as natural or unnatural as you want. You can make your image kinda look like a paint by number painting or more abstract softer limited pallet image.
