Description

A simple distortion / refraction effect filter that simulates rippled water surfaces in the pouring rain.Tips:- 'Watery Distortion', 'Watery Tint' and 'Watery Haze' control the look of the source image submerged in the watery depths. Set these to zero if you just want the pure distortion / refraction effect. You might also want to set 'Reflections' and 'Surface Height' to zero in that case.- Don't neglect the controls on the filters 'Lighting' tab, as these can also contribute greatly to the overall look.
