Description
I made this filter to be used with flat illustrations or cartoons. Since there are no flat color images in the internal image base it is hard to show what it does. Basically it shades the edges of the image and adds a texture or scratches. The result on the right image gives shading to otherwise posterized or cartoon images. It can be pretty severe or subtle. It can produce some pretty weird effects on photos. Maybe some folks will like it as an image effect processor.
