Description
An attempt at a painting style that retains more of the original details. This started as an edit of Mike Blackney's excellent Palette Knife filter, but ended up deviating fr om it considerably. Controls:-Angle Smoothing: controls how rigidly the rotation of brush strokes adheres to the original image.-H Range, L Range and S Range: These control how much the brush strokes deviate from the original image, affecting Hue, Lightness and Saturation, respectively.-Brush Mode: checking this box increases contrast and saturation of the brush strokes.-Detail Distort, Dist. Scale and Detail Roughness: control the distortion of the image details, separate from the brush strokes.-Lows Opacity, Highs Opacity and Low/High Split: these controls allow you to lim it the effects of the brush strokes to dark and light areas of the image separately. The Low/High Split control determines how much of the image each opacity control affects.
